Beer label for Fabrica do Ingles, Algarve



Fabrica do Ingles is a touristic compound in Silves, Algarve, with a restaurant and a cork museum. The restaurant has its own beer brewery, labeled Xelb after the medieval arabic name of the city.

Wine Label for Pousadas de Portugal (Hotels)




Wine producing, in some cases, was part of the activities held at the monasteries throughout the Peninsula. Some of them are now historical monuments and also part of the Pousadas hotels chain. In order to create a wine label that would reflect that tradition, I've searched through medieval manuscripts and eventually found a typeface that worked just fine for the label. The green and red colours are used to differentiate the green and red wine offered by the Pousadas.
